I went with my sister and if I could I wouldn’t even give one star. The start of the facial we were paying for was nice and relaxing then she brought out a ultrasonic facial cleanser which she obviously didn’t know how to use. As she used it she held it in place which was burning mine and my sisters skin and we both started crying and pain and she saw us cry. Then when it was done me and my sister were in pain from our nose and our noses were red. We could had liquids coming out of noses. My sister had a very bad burn and tear on her nose which became and infection.

Just came from the most amazing massage and facial with Kiran. Ive had many massages in my time and as a therapist myself, I know what to look for and wow! that was one of the best massages Ive ever had. She has a wonderful technique and is so kind and really takes her time with you. Highly recommended.

Wouldn't take my dogs here to get nails trimmed. Cotton wool left on shellac manicure and owner took 10 minutes to figure out which bottle of undercoat to apply first. Offered her friends a refreshment and left me sat on a sofa, badly angled to reach up to her at a movable nail desk. UV lamp looked about 12 years old, no timer setting so had to move hand out of UV lamp when she remembered to tell me. Shellac manicure bubbled as applied too thick and not even applied to ends of nails. Avoid

Kiran & her staff are so friendly & professional, I have been coming here for 14 years.... where has time gone? .. very happy to say each time i have been it has been a wonderful experience and i cant wait to return .

Great overall body massage, very relaxing and comfortable

I wouldnt go here again, a whole host of things 90 min treatment finished in 60mins, bruised arm about 4 inches long from massage, swapping therapist,late taken in. Poor decor, tatty. Trying to be a classy establishment failing miserably. In a good spot. But doing stuff on the cheap.
