“Fake it” Beauty & Tanning manchester

Went for a facial. The atmosphere was calming (radio could've been lower) and the facial done was very relaxing including a lovely facial massage. It would've been nicer if each step was being explained during the facial. The moisturiser at the end was a bit too sticky. Also different products should be used for different skin types and conditions (I am suprised my skin type wasn't asked). Thanks

I was very disappointed in this place. Booked a tanning appointment for a wedding. I'm super pale so explained that I wanted a light color. When i arrived a man and a woman were chatting at the main desk in another language, completely ignored me for an uncomfortable length of time. Then the lady who didn't speak any English pointed to a room and gestured to take my clothes off. Fine - that's what happens with a tan, I tried to tell her again I needed a light colour because I'm so pale and I didn't want to look ridiculous. The machine wasn't working it was spitting at me and I was covered in splashes so I knew it was going to be patchy, I tried to complain and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked out. I was not happy but by the time I had driven home (5 minutes journey) I was green. The colour was horrible and I washed it off instantly because it was blotchy and green. I'll never be back terrible customer service, terrible welcome, terrible staff and the product was even worse. Joke! I can't reply to your response, but the appointment was on July 26th at 6:45 through treatwell. I'm sure it's the correct salon.

I can highly recommend this salon. Having been let down by my previous salon, I got a short notice appointment here. I was apprehensive but by nerves were soon alleviated by Emma who was simply brilliant. I am extremely happy with the result (full leg wax)s, so much so that I returned a couple of days later for eyebrows shaped and tinted

The sunbed was ok, nothing to say. But is a need of a carpet or something for clients, I should not stay on the cold floor with my feet, it’s not hygienic and not healthy. Also is a need of something to tied the hair and to take the make up out before tanning.

I go for eyebrow lamination, and they always do a great job. Great value for money, they wax and shape my brows if I need as well. Lovely staff, would recommend.
