I have visited this clinic numerous times over the years and have had tried a few of the treatments available. I have had excellent results with laser hair removal and love having the face peels on occasion. I have my treatments with Jenny who is amazing, so friendly and is very experienced and knowledgeable. I have always been treated very well and made to feel comfortable. I look forward to my treatments and peace of mind knowing I am going somewhere with a good reputation and also is very clean.

Recently visited DestinationSkin for a consultation. Jade was so friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable during my consultation. I did not feel pressurised to buy any products at all and I learnt some really insightful tips for my skin! Although I was hesitant for my appointment based on a few bad reviews, I would 100% recommend visiting DestinationSkin for any skin issues, treatments or even just for an initial consultation to understand what products or treatments can help whatever skin issues you have.

Always putting client first before the company's own interests which, is very hard to find nowadays & I've been to a lot of clinics!

I came in 25 minutes late because of the insane traffic outside ( Black Friday, Christmas markets) also because I followed the location on google which took me to the wrong clinic ( i hope someone decides to update this) I was told that i cant have my treatment done, they didn’t even try to understand that things like this happens. The clinic looked so empty so i don’t understand why I couldn’t just be seen or asked to wait for another therapist. Another final comment is that your prices are way higher than any other clinic, the only reason i came to yours because i used to come here before it changed from skinhealthspa/flint+ to destinationskin. Anyways i wont come back and i hope the owner is comfortable with the receptionist who is not willing to do anything but to say sorry we cant do anything. If you ever decide to come here do your research about treatment prices because this one is a lot higher than a lot of clinics out there with no explanations.

I was really pleased with my treatment this time with a new practitioner that I had called Julie- she was perfect! She genuinely wanted the best for me and made sure I was satisfied with my laser hair removal treatment. I am an old client and I have never been disappointed with their service. Will definitely recommend to whoever is looking for a good laser clinic! Gives great results too.

Friendly and efficient staff, bright and clean premises, and generally a lovely experience. And best of all at this time of year, tasteful non-flashing xmas decorations! (As a migraine sufferer that's a relief!)
