I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband and arranged to collect it on a day of my choice. I was kept advised of the progress of my order via text message at each step. When i arrived at my local Hinds store, i couldn't find my order details. The assistant asked me what it was, and said that he recalled it arriving. The item was produced (and i found my order details,!) Given a good polish and the transaction completed. The assistant made pleasant conversation and was extremely polite and professional. Hinds is our go to store for jewellery etc. My wedding ring came from Hinds!
