Avoid this Jeweler's, bought a bangle and needed to change it due to wrong size, they would not do it, were very rude about it as well. initially when buying from them, they are very friendly but all they want is your money. Their goods are of poor quality. BE AWARE and AVOID if possible.

I suggest, that out of the countless jewelers in Southall/Wembley you visit this business and ask for Sachin. He captured my business and followed through. Well done, keep it up Sachin.

Oh I really wish I read your review before I brought jewellery from there. I thought they were really nice people. I brought some items when I went home on closer inspection they were alot of scratches on them. I went back the following week, and they said it was not their problem. I made the mistake of trusting them (silly of me and regret it now), despite this I was really polite to them and they were so rude. They just laughed in our faces. The good thing about this episode is I wont be buying jewellery from there in the future. I advise anyone not to buy anything from there and of course check what you are buying. If you do have the misfortune of buying something I hope for your sakes you dont get screwed over like I did.
