INCOMPETANTS! Well, I must have it all wrong, because (according to my consultant at the churchill hospital) they have been contacting this practice regularly for me to have "important tests" but as such I have not received ANY contact about this matter, this has been going on since March this year, and we are now in NOVEMBER, and still no word! And can't seem to update a phone record, SCARY STUFF! :(

It's an awful reception they have. They book in for wrong treatment, they give you wrong informations. All the time there is a problem with them. They completely mess up my life every time I have to go for myself or my baby's appointment. Very annoying that people who are working there don't do their job properly. Also if you tell them you are not happy they become arrogant which is not acceptable as it's not my fault every time they make the mistake. Disappointing surgery. I definitely change gp and go somewhere else!

Appalling service, rude ,the pharmacy is constantly shutting ,during height of pandemic shut 12-3 everyday ridiculous, and even now shuts 1-2 ,they seem more interested in chatting. Receptionist is very hit and miss the surgery seems more interested in using paramedics .

Very poor service from the pharmacy and the local chemist ,both blame each other for not having my medication ready. The time I've waste going from one to the other Is a complete joke.

I feel that I need to write this review because I am completely fed up with the service from this surgery. I understand that with the current COVID situation things are difficult but I have been registered here for the last five years and it has always been bad. I have never known a surgery that is more difficult to make a appointment. You get endless answer phone messages only to find you can only speak to someone at certain time slots during the day. When you get to speak to a receptionist they are often very short and blunt to the point of being rude.you then get told you can’t book with a doctor for upto 4 weeks was the longest time! I was probably going to be feeling much better by then. It feels like the practice manager is more interested in cost cutting to give a monkey about patient care . When you do get to see a doctor they’re great, but why do we have to jump through so many hoops! I have never had a problem like this from any other surgery I have been registered with. This one seriously needs to start thinking about patient needs!

Been hit and miss. Avoid the overweight blonde female pharmacist at the surgery approx late 50’s at all costs. Aggressive, confrontational and when my medication wasn’t sent to the chemist due to her (probably) screw up. Queuing nearly an hour outside the chemist, really unwell, only to be shouted at by locum Nigerian pharmacist to go back to surgery because it wasn’t there. It was useless trying to establish what was going on , I’d been told it was ready for collection. So raced back to surgery dispensary only to be accused of lying !!!!!!! how on earth this woman was deemed employable beggars belief. I had to insist she look again - she turned to her colleague and rolled her eyes - literally couldn’t believe it. If l was her boss I’d have sacked her on the spot. Shaking and a well and nearly in tears, she eventually produced it. Not a word of apology, dropped it on the counter and turned her back on me. I had to race back to the pharmacy which was closing in 10 mins with a huge queue outside. I thought no way am l queuing and walked in, predictably Nigerian woman shouted a volley of abuse, but l said this is not my doing. I need these, I’ve already queued, you’re about to close. I’m going to be served next thank you . That was during those awful dark days last year. We were all on edge and suffering, but the aggression l witnessed was from people who had no natural empathy towards others: rather an opportunity to throw their weigh around, exploit the bit of power the situation afforded them, and impose their own depressingly hostile attitude towards humanity

Trying to see a doctor face to face with Eynsham surgery is just not an option anymore. No faith in them whatsoever. They think a text or phone call is sufficient in diagnosing patients. Absolutely terrible
