Very good clinic. Very kind and good doctors and a professional team. I can recomend it to everyone who want a fast appointment and seen by a very good doctor. 5 star.

We have used this practice for a long time. I am shocked to read the content of some of the negative reviews. I would not base my choices on the unreliable advice of angry, seemingly vengeful individuals. You are not advising other patients about your experience of this practice, you are simply venting your anger and trying to get revenge for not being able to have what *you* wanted. It is right and proper that you don't get anything that is against medical advice. Just because you're being seen privately does not mean you can buy your way to antibiotics or a diagnosis. I just cannot believe the reviews are referring to the same practice. This practice is in another league compared with my NHS practice, and we are happy to pay for the high standard on offer. Every doctor and nurse I have seen has given an outstanding holistic service. The waiting area, the admin staff, everyone I have encountered has been wonderful. Our experience of Dr Schnack and Dr Gibson has been extremely positive, we had seen a number of other mental health professionals, they succeeded where others did not.

My family is always seen on time and has received high quality care from all of the GPs we have seen. Dr Schnack has also been wonderful! I love the online booking option and the ability to get a same day appointment. Highly recommend, especially for people like myself who don't have access to the NHS.

An excellent medical practice. I have been a patient for a few years and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I am used to the high standards of the French medical system and it is great to see the same professional and caring approach here in the UK. Merci!

Absolutely disgraceful. I saw the psychologist there. They asked me for information regarding the patient (an adult) so I sent them info. Without saying anything to me the practice sent all the info that I had given in confidentiality about the patient to the patient which has since caused a massive shitstorm. A blatant breach of confidentiality and I will be taking it up with the authorities when I have the time. I then questioned them on this to which their response was 'we have closed the case so can't talk to you anymore'. This was Dr Schnack that I saw as a clinical psychologist, nothing medical. Just read the response from the clinic. If you think this is slanderous then please tell me what is factually incorrect.

Very professional and smooth service for pre travel antigen test. Got results very quickly within 30 minutes on email

Gold star service. I really needed a medical recovery certificate within 24 hours so I wouldn't miss my flight, and even though I made the order out of their office hours, they sent it to me within 20 minutes of them opening come Monday morning, and I could get on my flight. They really saved me, and I can't thank them enough for their quick and easy service.

The testing services at Mayfield are by far the best I have encountered anywhere, period.

Used the Mayfield Clinic for a same day Day 2 PCR test - amazing service, highly recommend. When I arrived back from holiday the test had already been delivered, I took the test the next morning and dropped it off to a Pharmacy in London, result came back by 6pm on the same day. Really great service and extremely straightforward to use!
