Be aware of hidden charges! Whilst other solicitors will never charge you for bank transfers as bank transfers are free of charge in the UK, Express solicitors will charge you a high fee + VAT!! When we asked them for justification, they avoided replying to our emails! In their last letter they provided no evidence for charging high bank transfer fees when we know transfers are free and all other solicitors wouldn't charge such rip off fees! Be aware!

This is the first time i have had any dealings with this company and i am only just starting a claim with them. So far everything is going well, there customer service is excellent and they have been nothing but professional so far. I will update as my case goes on. Thank you.

When i made my fist call to express solicitors i was advised that my claim would be between 5,000 and 10,000, proceeding with this cost me my job and my final settlement after all the charges was a little over 1,000, i would say think very hard before you proceed as what you will be told in the beginning will not be what you get. The actual service was good but very very slow.

I dealt with william o'Brian for the case and he was really help and got everything I needed, thought they were very helpful. But must say though charges for a bank transfer is a bit odd as usually is free? But for it to take up to 48hrs/2 working days also bit odd but once it's there will be happy am glad they helped though.
