I rarely leave negative reviews but I feel so extremely disappointed by the poor customer service I have experienced today.
Booked a gift for my sister-in-law at Exhale Therapy via Treatwell as she is a loyal customer of theirs and has always had many different treatments on a regular basis for years. She always recommends this place and has bought numerous new clients to them.
Unfortunately, on the morning of her appointment, her toddler was unwell and therefore she was unable to attend. She contacted Exhale to reschedule the appointment but was told it had to be rescheduled via Treatwell online. This meant that only I was able to reschedule the booking as I had made the booking, not her. I was unreachable at work and did not receive her messages until later on that day. As such, the booking was missed and unable to be rescheduled.
Exhale have now refused to reschedule the appointment as the initial slot was missed, despite the fact she tried to reschedule it but it was completely out of her hands and she was unable to do so.
I think the way this situation has been handled lacks integrity and consideration for the specific circumstances. While I appreciate it was a long booking, she was a loyal customer and would have returned to you for many more treatments in the future as she already had done. In the long run, you have lost out on so much more business due to a decision which has been made in haste.
