The building insurance company assigned this company for the change of our front door of a 3 flat Victorian conversion from wood to composite. Although the booking process and communication was very efficient, they installed a ultra secure type of lock that was not compatible with the buzzer open lock system and the inside open mechanism was against fire guidelines as it was key operated. A year later, when I returned to live in the property I contacted them about this issue and they send someone to replace the lock for a thumb operated standard one (less secure) as they did not have the higher security one in stock. My complaint is that this should have been spotted when they installed the door in the first place as we spend £100 in making copies of the high security keys.
