Eurostyle Hair Leicester – leicester

I had an appointment at 3pm with a Polish lady. I believe her name was Agnieszka. After 15 minutes of waiting outside the salon I have texted her to inform that I am there as I wasn't sure if she's maybe finishing another client. In response I've got "I am on my way, picking up kids from school''. No apology, whatsoever. 20 minutes later she's still not there. At this point I have decided to leave. I cannot rate the service as I didn't get any but the way I was treated with a total lack of respect for my time is absolutely appalling. The least I can say - very unprofessional behaviour an no one who is willing to pay their hard earned money for any service should be treated this way.

Friendly staff. Fast working and give tips about hair care. was provided with a hot drink and was asked if feeling cold. love it!
