Bought a short massage as a gift for mothers birthday. I have been before and felt at ease so have recommended this place to both friends and family with mixed reviews back. Unfortunately my mother was in a car crash and completely forgot about the appointment which is understandable. When calling to discuss the matter a kind staff member passed the phone onto the manager who was extremely rude on the phone saying she had wasted their time and staff resources and refused to reschedule appointment. Absolutely mortified with the customer service. Especially in times like these where small acts of kindness spread a world of happiness. Unfortunately I will no longer be recommending and instead will direct friends and family elsewhere.
