I was pleased with the service and selection of cars. However, when I picked up my car, it was only 1/2 full. This was noted on my agreement and the gentleman told me to bring it back 1/2 full. Several days later, when receiving my invoice, I was charged a refueling charge. I am working to get the charge removed, but it should never have been there in the first place.

I got a last minute free upgrade which was fantastic! Check in was all done efficiently and drop off was very quick and efficient. Recommended!

Yesterday we went to visit York for the first time and we have decided to rent a car. We chose Europcar, What a great decision! Inga was so friendly and helped us to choose a great car, she made the process so easy and quick. We have rented cars before but yesterday we had a real definition of great customer service, thank you Inga, keep being amazing.

We rented a car on Oct 8. From the time we entered, until we drove off, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. The best car rental experience we have had. Thank you.

Won’t be using this company again. I’ve used them many times over the last couple of years and sadly it’s gone to pot. Trying to give out cars covered in damage when my Mum collected it and refused to take it. It was also refused by the previous person we were then told. Then given another car with marks on either side of the wheels but was ok to drive and was told this was noted. Upon return I received an email stating new damage was reported. My mum called and asked where and was told the wheel. They know full well that was already noted. I paid premium insurance so why they’re contacting me I do not know. I paid for this hire as I always do when renting my parents a car when they visit so it’s my money you’re trying to take. Not heard back since but I will wipe the floor with you if my deposit isn’t refunded and take you to court, you may get away with this with other people but won’t be so lucky with me. Richard would be turning in his grave seeing how you’re running this company into the ground. Shameful.

Awful, not trustworthy at all. We had rented a car and they hold an amount of money after two months for no reasonable excuse. Absolutely disappointed.

Worse service of all time. Stay away. Hidden costs meant that they kept withdrawing money from my card after returning the car. STAY AWAY!

Got lost in the long stay car park... That's not the way! Got to go up along the flyover road. Maybe the big sign facing the station could have directions, or an arrow, or map, or somesuch? Standard desk experience, perfectly fine. But! The staff in the garage were super helpful and friendly, made the whole thing a great experience. Will be buying them lucozade when we drop off (you have to visit to understand this)
