Needed a new car battery as mine had just died. I turned up and they were so helpful and kind, gave me a great price for a new battery and even tried to fit it for me, but didn't have the right spanner so got a garage down the road to fit it for me for free. Couldn't have been more impressed with the kindness and customer service from this place. The person that helped me was called Jimmy, so thank you Jimmy! You made my day!

Long que, 1 staff member serving (doing a grand job) and a heck of a lot of bodies around him and not one helped. There was an office directly opposite the counter with a member of staff stood in front of it open f'ing and blinding with the guys in the office. Were these people not aware there were customers within yards of them who could hear everything? This place needs looking at by management and getting rid of a few individuals.

Disgusting rude manager. Got give the wrong pads and while the girl at the desk was trying to help the rude manager outright refused to refund me for the garage labour. Said there were more Pads to chose from. Why out the wrong stuff under the vehicle registration anyway? Complete jokers

Not happy today, you close at 17.00 and came for some much needed bits for work and drove 30mins and you're already shut and I was there at 16.51.
