Love my hair after I got my highlights and cut done by Leann. All the staff are so welcoming, and I felt so relaxed that I will definitely be going back, a very relaxing time indeed. Thanks to all, love my hair.

Had booked an appointment for nails a few weeks ago and it was cancelled at last second with no reason given, had already travelled into Edinburgh so wasted both my time and money. No apology whatsoever and a complete time waster.

I have always disliked my thin Scandinavian hair but Tristan made me feel amazing and gave great tips on how I can style it myself to give it more volume. 5 stars!

My nails before coming in were horrendously short and weak. I bit them for 18 years, then I decided that I would stop the embarrassment and just get my nails done, the lovely owner took me under her wing and did not shame me one bit. She did a fabulous job with my shellac nails and started my journey on having gorgeous nails. I can’t stop looking at them, thank you a million

I had the LVL treatment on my lashes. Debbie done them & I would highly recommend her. Banter was great, chatty, bubbly, just a lovely lady. Salon immaculate & great atmosphere. Process takes around 90 minutes, was very relaxing,you lie back shut eyes & listen to good tunes, whilst Debbie does her magic. Price wise she’s way undercharging, I’ve had them done for years, usually before holidays, no damage to eyelashes like false ones, tried them individual lashes, no for me. I just treated myself as I’m going through Chemotherapy Treatment for my Cancer. In Stockbridge Salon I paid £45 & London, where I worked for few years, p£55. The end result was amazing I feel so glam with my fluttery lashes. Can’t do fake ones & mascara just runs all over my eyes & corners so LVL is perfect for me. I’ll be returning soon to get nails & maybe threading on face done & lashes again when needed.

I had Tristan, a wonderful hair stylist who was friendly and passionate about giving me the best cut for me. He knew everything about hair talked me through what I could do to improve the quality of my hair at home. Will definitely return!

Had an appt for root regrowth, cut and blowdry. The stylist i booked with didn't turn up that day so after waiting an hour another stylist offered to do it in between her clients, i asked several times if she was sure she had the time and she was adamant she did, so i agreed. I was grateful for her doing it and assumed it would be of the same standard as the stylist who did it the time before. It wasnt! I specifically said i dont like yellow/golden tones and wanted ash but when i got home i was so disappointed. It actually looks orange, and the only cutting she did to my hair was a bit off the length and a little on the fringe, nothing done to my layers and was clearly rushed so it didnt affect her other appointments. I was just going to buy a hair colour and redo it myself but my partner insisted i call the salon to give them the chance to rectify it, so we did. An appointment was made for monday morning at 9 am. I arrived at the salon at 8.55 and nobody was there, waited until 9.45 and still no sign of the salon being opened so went home. I called a bit later and they tried to say there was no such appointment, even though i have a reminder text and email that was sent the day before. She asked could i return to the salon and i said no as it was not possible so we agreed on a full refund. She was more than happy to do this and was actually very apologetic. Days later i still had no correspondence regarding the refund so contacted treatwell and they said they had nothing from the salon requesting a refund being issued so i contacted the salon, manager wasnt there so told she would call at 330, she didnt. So called back and she said she had done the refund on monday but would contact treatwell herself to find out whats happened. Shortly after i get an email from treatwell issuing a £40 refund, £35 less than it should have been, so again contacted the salon to be told that the reason is because i left a review on treatwell. So she clearly hadnt refunded on monday as she first said, she clearly lied to me!! And now when i try to call she talks over me, shouts that shes calling the police because its intimidating! Why lie then?? Why say you refunded on monday when you clearly hadnt?? Why should i lose money by having to go and get my hair redone at another salon when ive been messed around so much by this salon? I will now seek further advice on what to do next!

Had Tristan as my stylist back in October - did an amazing job lifting my hair from dark brown to ashy blonde with no damage! Great environment and lots of hair care tips! I will definitely be making this my regular salon.

Definitely recommend this hairdressers, i had a bad experience in a different salon and my hair was damaged and falling out. After getting treatment and advice from Tristan. I would definitely not be going anywhere else, my hair is better and has improved alot. Thank you Tristan
