4/ 5

This is a nice shop with food items on show, the prices seemed a bit high and the selection was quite small hence the star drop, when we spoke to the sales team they seemed friendly and helpful, we did buy anything from here and had to find what we wanted else were just because of their lack of range but we would still go again and see what they have in stock as it did look like quality pieces that they had. So in short well done on the service but if you could increase your range you would be a 5 star place.

5/ 5

Went into the store with my wedding ring stuck on the wrong finger (long story). I’d tried many times to get it off with not success and had decided the only route was to get it cut off. The staff were absolutely brilliant, particularly the manager Gemma who went out her way to help and I’m pleased to say with a bit of effort (and some dental floss) they managed to remove the ring! So pleased to not have to get it cut - it’s now with them getting resized. They went above and beyond to help and were so lovely and kind - 5 stars!
