I have been in this store on many occasions looking to purchase a watch for my husband. I have never been approached and the staff do not seem interested in assisting customers. They just stand there in deep conversation with each other and practically ignore customers. After seeing the watch I want to buy in the store, I have decided to buy it online instead.

Junior staff very helpful despite the way the manageress speaks to them. shocking that they remain loyal considering her being extremely rude to them

Visited as I needed a replacement battery, which involved returning the watch to the makers. Excellent care and attention to detail. Apologised when the junior assistant had to raise a query with the person attending to me. An altogether satisfactory experience.
