Recently needed enterprise for a car which was organised through my Honda warranty. Dealt with by Craig and was given full attention even apologised for only having a Corsa available at the time. The car is initially hired for 72 hours under Honda warranty but Craig told me not to worry if my car was still with Honda after that and he would arrange an extension, this he did. I would like to thank all at Enterprise York for the courtesy shown to myself. I would recommend them to anyone. Kind Regards Kevin O'Hagan

Our brand new car suffered from the loss of our wipers on a very wet morning - Saturday 23/11/2019. We were taken to Enterprise by AA and received excellent care and polite handling of the allocation of a replacement vehicle pending repairs.

We didn't visit this place on purpose we did had an accident with an enterprise rent a car customer who was leaving the place so we had to go in to exchange insurance, the two ladies on shift were very nice came to make sure me and my daugthers were ok while my husband deal with all the paper work. Hats off to you.. if I need to rent a car in future for sure i will use you x

I’m extremely grateful to Enterprise and to you for sorting out my car hire in a matter of minutes for me. My car had been crashed by somebody on the road earlier and I needed to continue with my work around the city (I’m a Carer). I booked the online and contacted the office to confirm all was good. Hired a big van. It did the job. Friendly and efficient service from the staff. Only downside is that it can be a little difficult to exit the property onto Foss Islands Road via the (single vehicle width) entrance/exit in and unfamiliar vehicle, especially at busier times of the day.

Would never recommend. Was my first time renting a vehicle so didn't know what exactly to expect. The sales guy, Alfie I think he was called, assured us we wouldn't need extra coverage since it was such a short hire, didn't explain to us what the extra coverage would actually save us if there was an incident. Which there was, a small dent in one of the panels. The lady who took the van back said there was nothing that could be done, we had to pay the full excess fee of £1200 and then they are now trying to charge us an extra £200 for "loss of earnings" something which they never explained to us at any point we would be liable for, must have slipped that one into the small print. The grand total has come to £1400. I've added a photo of the dent so you can see for yourself if you think it is worth £1400 and if you think it is worth risking doing business with this company
