Good outcome. Rented a brilliant van for the day. Staff very vibrant and helpful. Seamless rental. Would recommend.

I've had an Enterprise account for many years and have done so because their service levels are always first class. The staff at my usual branch at George Green, Slough are always friendly, flexible and welcoming as are the Glasgow airport team. The person checking in my vehicle at the Uxbridge branch had a very different outlook. He identified minor blemishes that were nothing to do with me (he claimed I had damaged the door mirror and chipped the windscreen - a tiny chip that I would never have seen on a wet windscreen when collecting the vehicle) because they hadn't been noted at the time of hire and was determined to find something wrong - I suspect because I hadn't accepted their excess-reducing insurance cover. He was vague when I pressed him for a timescale for my dispute and when he eventually did suggest a timescale it wasn't met. I'll never use this branch again...

Recently moved house and needed a van to move some items. I booked online to get the best price and on the day of the hire was called at 8am to say that my van was not going to be ready at the time I booked, 10am. The guys there worked really hard to get me a van in time and in the end it was ready by 10.15. Was provided a lovely new, clean and easy to drive van. Great service on the whole keeping informed along the way.

Had a very good experience at this Uxbridge branch. Got a pick up and drop off at the station, the car was very nice, ready, clean and smelled good. Check in, check out was hassle free. Friendly staff to top it all. Would come back again.

I can say the best company to rent a van or car. From Uxbridge branch been renting long time ago and never have any issue. All staff is very friendly and polite. Advise for everyone.

The extra large van was larger than usual, as advertised. Easy in and out operation and I wasn't stung on anything.

As far as I’m concerned, the Uxbridge branch of Enterprise is full of crooks and to be avoided at all costs. I had a hire car arranged for me by the AA after breaking down in a works vehicle. Amee in branch did not make clear what I was signing and skipped over vehicle checks before I had even been outside, let alone seen the car. Having not rented a vehicle before I admit my own naivety in not getting photos of the vehicle but having had no proper vehicle checks with a member of staff I wasn’t aware this would be required. Upon returning the vehicle to the Histon branch, the member of staff there pointed out that there was damage to both front tyres and the passenger side rear tyre. I explained that this was not me as I had only used the vehicle to drive from Uxbridge back to my office in Cambridge due to a works vehicle breaking down and that this damage must have been caused by several separate incidents. I will now have to deal with a possibly lengthy process of having to dispute a claim solely as a result of horrendous customer service and a clear scheme to try and con me in order to pay for pre-existing damage. Avoid at all costs.
