Great service. Very efficient. In particular Jordan who was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Shame about one member off staff who obviously doesn't like customer service!!!

Rented a compact auto for a couple of days. Enterprise picked me up from home and gave me an upgrade. The i40 I had was brilliant. When I handed the car back they drove my daughter and I home. First class service, will definitely use Enterprise again.

Excellent service. Just wish the car had been delivered with ful fuel.

Awfull service they seem to fail to tell you the actual total amount so we ended up spending a total of 500 pound for a van we only had for a few hours. It would be much cheaper going to u drive if you're looking for a van with a budget since they have took me way over my budget plan without actually telling you the extra charges they put on top after you already paid to book the van.

Dreadful service. Kept me waiting for hours and aren't open when you need to drop off. For a long wheelbase transit for 24hrs Enterprise wanted £176 +vat. Other similar rental companies in the Salisbury area were £70 - £80 including vat. When I called to check their rates, as soon as I mentioned that I'd spoken to Thrifty they cut the phone call off. AVOID

I would like to thank the Assistant manager of the Salisbury Enterprise branch, Giselle Newman, for going out of her way to help us. After breaking down in our personal vehicle at 1830hrs on a Saturday in Salisbury I thought it would not be possible to get a hire car that day. However, Giselle who was meant to have finished work at lunch time that day, was still at her desk and came to our rescue. She personally drove the hire car to collect us from the location where we were stranded. We had all the paperwork and keys sorted within 20mins. If only more people were as committed to providing a good service in their job as Giselle was, then the world would be a much more pleasant place! Thank you and great service!

Failed to mention I either needed a credit card or had to complete an additional step over the phone to pay a deposit via debit card when booking. Booked Wednesday, went to collect the van Thursday, to move house Friday. However, I was informed that as I failed to respond to an email sent at 2154 on Wednesday asking me to bring a credit card or ring up and complete some additional checks to pay a deposit via debit card I could no longer hire the van. Gent behind the desk seemed nice enough and started a refund but it still means I can't actually move house without shuttling everything in a single car.

Had an issue with a new guy not quite knowing the rental agreement properly. He verbalised some inaccurate information. As a result, I ended up getting charged a day extra.
