Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Harrow london

Massive thanks to Enterprise Harrow who should win a Customer Service award for going above and beyond in terms of helping their customers. Raheel was particularly helpful and also returned precious belongings personally that we had left behind as he promised he would to my young daughter who was very upset at the time. In terms of convenience we were picked up as promised, admin processed quickly and smoothly and collection of car easy and convenient - all in all a great experience. Would definitely recommend this branch of Enterprise!

Rented from this branch on a number of occasions and always received impeccable customer service. Staff are friendly and informative and on one occasion when my pick up time was slightly delayed (which only caused me minor inconvenience) they more than adequately compensated me for it.

Nice folk, nice van. Liked being told not too fussed by nominal damage. Irritated by a) having to prompt to open at 8am, and a 20 minute wait before departing, b) empty tank on pick-up, but to be fair gave me credit for the 1/4 tank I left - full tank on pick-up, full tank on return ensures you only pay for what you use, c) holding deposit actually being taken which I did not agree to, and d) being chased for return at 10.30 when due back at 12 ‘how quickly can you get back’

Staff is very good and helpful but the phone system needs improving.

Small outlet. Customer service is excellent. There's a nearby train station for you to use to get around London if you're dropping a car off at the shop

Needed a van for rent. I choose enterprise as I thought quite good company. Downloaded app, put ALL my details, booked 2 WEEKS (!!!!) in advance. When I came to collect I was told I do not pass verification for unknown reasons... The question is: could verification be processed BEFORE COLLECTION DAY? Are 2 weeks not enough? So customer at least know and make some plans.

One of the worst branch, 1 hour late for delivery also not bothered to come pick up the car from me, please avoid.

Needed a car while mine was being repaired and a polite, helpful young man called Suraj picked me up and took me to the wealdstone branch to get my rental car and explained, very patiently, how to use all the new bits and bobs to my satisfaction. Great.

Many thanks to Sophia Templeton, she is a professional, friendly and very kind, great customer service, smooth booking, fast picking up and return. I rented a small car, it's very clean and flawless, when I returned it, the fuel was more than when I picked it up, for that she transferred £10 to my account.
