I have tried many gyms over the last 25 years but never seen one with as big a variation of equipment as this place. Even at the busiest times there is plenty of space. Lovely staff and good classes too. Excellent value for money too.

What too say about the gym, it's a love gym. I would definitely recommend anyone to join this gym, It's a very friendly atmosphere about the place that definitely comes from all the staff they are wonderful and hard working also willing to help you with anything that you need witch is getting very hard to find nowadays. So just give then a call and try it out for yourself. P.s the spin instructor on a Tuesday and Thursday is fantastic.

I joined this gym just over 3 weeks ago with full intentions of utilising the fantastic array of equipment they have to offer. Unfortunately last week I was hospitalised on medical grounds and asked my partner if she would explain this to the staff at energy mill and cancel my membership. My membership was cancelled by energymill but with zero compassion, empathy for the circumstances in which I have cancelled my membership. They have stuck to the usual 30 day cancellation fee fully knowing I am unable to use the gym. I am still stuck here in hospital and going to be paying for a gym membership until mid October as September’s direct debit is due to leave my account. I expected a bit more from the energy mill guys. When I return to the gym, which won’t be until February/March 2022 it most certainly won’t be at energy mill.
