Has everything you could want in a gym. Nice changing rooms, jacuzzi, sauna, steam and the gym itself has all the equipment you could need. Added bonus is that the gym remains fairly quiet even at peak times meaning I rarely have to wait for equipment which has always been a problem at other gyms in the past. I don't use the studio but timetable is pretty large. Staff are always friendly and fitness instructors actually speak to you, which trust me, is rare in most gyms I have been a member at.

Great local gym that has helpful and friendly staff! It helps that the gym is relatively quiet so there isn't much of a wait for equipment and machines. Would recommend to anyone.

Real disappointment. I was happy to pay £10 per lesson but I had hoped for a much better service for that amount. Teachers are frequently changed last min so there is little consistency. Changing rooms are terrible - showers cold, doors don’t close, generally filthy. Hair dryer has been broken for months and not replaced so kids have to go home with soaking wet hair. They offer you family swim as part of the lesson membership but this is restricted to one narrow lane so if there is more than two families in the pool you can’t actually swim around without it becoming dangerous. Most of the teachers are lovely but the establishment is poor. Wouldn’t recommend
