5/ 5

I have been seeing Carmen for a few years now and my experience with her has always been the best. I have moved in South England but I still visit Scotland to have treatments in Empire Beauty. My long trip has been more than worth it. The clinic is always spotless and Carmen takes her time to properly explain all down side effects/procedures etc prior to any treatment. She does listen to the clients needs but she is also very experiences and provides helpful guidance.

5/ 5

Started my treatment for thread veins on nose using the laser As they were prominent. Will explained everything thoroughly and was very calm and patient and professional. Veins have been removed and I’m looking to continue my journey with ipl treatment in 4 weeks time. Cost is very good compared to other places I have been and service excellent - I just know Will will do best job and looking forward to returning to empire beauty for future treatments - so many to choose from!
