I had a very smooth process to rent my apartment with Ellis & Co. Where to start?? Rude, don't return calls, take money that isn't theirs, make constant excuses about missing rent payments owed to me, the list goes on. I visited their branch recently to find they have no experienced staff working there and the lady I dealt with wreaked of alcohol. Am about to deal with their Head Office as my tenants claim the agent is withholding their deposit when I confirmed in writing to Ellis & Co to send it back to them.
