in a few words; disaster medical centre :( level of care looks like in 3th world, doctors and nurses use computer (google) to find symptoms of problem, they know nothing. My Wife had 3 visits there with a serious pneumonia and they did not see any problem and they even did not want to send her to take x ray picture (we were told we have to wait 1 week to get results !!!!!) ! We went to hospital and we got a help and strong medicines (better educated doctor from Inida helped us) ! They have only one medicine for everything, peniciline !

This morning I phoned this excuse for a surgery to book an appointment for my partner. At 2 minutes past 8 (2 minutes after their phone lines open) I was placed in an automated queue at number 4 for an appointment. At 6 minutes past 8 I got through to be told there are no appointments for the entire day and an emergency call back from a triage Dr was the best I could hope for. This surgery is so incompetent that 2 minutes after they open, they are fully booked. Absolute disgrace of a surgery!

Tried yesterday to get a repeat prescription for my 96 year old deaf Mother. Had my phone on automatic redial. From 9:40- 17:30 over 850 plus redials were made. The phone was constantly engaged. This is pathetic, what if someone is desperate for a Doctor. Was the phone off the hook? It makes you wonder.

Would like to Thank Dr Harding for all his help and care whilst treating my husband. I know I can sometimes take a while to get through to the surgery but we always manage to speak to or see a doctor when needed. Great service.

**** EDITED TO REPLY TO THE RESPONSE BELOW**** 1 star is a star too many. This practice is appalling. Not only do the doctors not listen to their patients, neither do the receptionists. Communication is non existent. Whilst the rest of the world is having to adjust to get back to normal these people are still allowed to hide behind telephones and windows. Our local A&E is constantly overwhelmed with non emergencies all because these people are refusing to see frightened, Ill and vulnerable patients. I will be taking my complaint further. Its no wonder I've seen patients literally trying to climb through the window to be seen! One example is awaiting sick notes to be signed... sat on a doctors desk for 2+ days. Despite the note being put in to yourselves in plenty of time before the current note run out people are still losing days and days of pay because doctors aren't signing and distributing notes in time therefore there's a gap between notes resulting in no pay. Receptionists saying it will be ready tomorrow, tomorrow comes and it will be ready by end of play, end of play comes and it will be ready tomorrow resulting in again 3 days of pay to a an essential worker who worked right throughout the worst of the pandemic patient facing and no window to hide behind!
