great staff great pharmacist's they all go the extra mile

Used to be brilliant but they've gone down hill recently. Example 1: We wanted a prescription item which had come in but they wouldn't give it to me. I came back the next day and it still wasn't ready. It was on their shelf but again they wouldn't reach out a hand and get it for me. Example 2: I had a controlled drug which they didn't give me on three visits to collect prescription drugs. When they final gave it to me the dispensing date was over two months ago. After 18 years when we were really happy with their service, we're seriously looking at changing the pharmacy we use.

Without doubt, the best chemist in the area. Walked in and had the flu jab without booking. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Avoid the big pharmacies with their long flu jab waiting lists.

Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely friendly chemist and will go out of there way to get what you need Thank you to the staff who are always happy and helpful

Friendly, helpful service. Nice to see they now sell Pukka herbal teas. There is a seat to rest on. I would like to see them offering more natural products, e.g rescue remedy and the like.
