pleasant and polite staff, but it took over 30 mins of calling til someone answered the phone, then waited outside in a queue for half an hour on two separate occasions. the place is heavily understaffed or something because the waits to actually use the service is ridiculous

Very long wait. Nice staff but people queueing outside in the cold and rain is very poor service. I feel especially sorry for the elderly and unwell. A shelter would help greatly. Also, the phone is always busy and rarely answered. To add insult to injury they have a poster saying they will not tolerate abuse. Nobody goes to the chemist to abuse anyone but after the wait I can totally understand peoples frustration.

Never had a problem here, they've always provided my prescriptions on time and done their best to help. Service during COVID was slow, but what else do we expect given the restrictions? I do wish they opened on Saturday though.

Avoid until they can improve their service. I know Covid limits the number of people in a shop, but if they were more organised and dealt with customers more efficiently they wouldn't have queues down the road every day.

Ridiculously slow service resulting in long queues (not fun if already ill). Latest trip took an hour!!! Then prescription wasn't ready despite 10days notice. To crown it all, one vital element of this prescription wasn't available, for a 2nd time. They did offer to deliver it but guess what.... It hasn't been delivered.
