Warm welcome. Followed the rules really well; issued a new mask at the door, hand sanitizer and temperature check. Amna is a lovely lady and did a great job on my nails and eyebrows! I’ll definitely be back - thank you

Had old shellac removed (which had not chipped in 6 weeks and had been done elsewhere for £22.)new colour applied and after 5 days one nail had a large piece of polish chip off and most others were showing white at top. Went back to elegance to be told they only guaranteed 3/4 days! As a goodwill gesture they would repair this time. Had this done but at£33 I would expect much better than 3/4days wear! Would not recommend!

First and last time using this salon while visiting family for xmas. Had my gel nails removed and reapplied, removal was very painful as they didn't soak them off but used an electric device, my nails were burning and I had to pull away. Application was good initially but didn't last a week and my nails are paper thin now.

The staff are really rude here, asking the customer a question and then when i replied they spoke to each other in their own language and laughed? Ridiculous behaviour from grown women. Also the acrylic removal was way over priced, took almost an hour and she didn’t even take it all off. Extremely uncomfortable experience. Don’t go here.
