Edwards Ford salisbury

I have been a customer of Edwards Ford for many years having bought my last three cars from them. I have always had my cars serviced there and I am completely satisfied with the work they carry out. They may not be the cheapest but they have always treated me fairly. I like the reassurance that work carried out by them, as main dealers, always involves the use of genuine Ford parts fitted by mechanics who have a thorough knowledge of the cars they are working on.

I try to be honest in all the reviews i do and i found this is a very pleasant car sales , not pushy in any way which i feel very important . Guy and Sam i found very easy going nothing too much trouble gave me a fair price on my part ex . All in all based on that would happily use again . See you in a couple of months for my free mot . (haha)

Unbelievable! I visited to enquire about a focus motability car. No one on reception or sales was interested. I left my number but no one called me back! Ive now placed my order with Kieth Motors (friendly, helpful, and welcoming ) who were more than happy to do business with me. I had exactly the same response from Edwards Ford last time i made an enquiry back in 2011. (then i got a Vauxhall!) I have no idea how Edwards sell any cars or get customers. Edwards wont get a 3rd visit from me. I called to voice my opinion but no one was available to talk to me. (NOT SURPRISED) And no disabled parking, this is supposed to be a motability dealer!!!! NO WHERE TO PARK ANYWHERE, PLACE WAS CLUTTERED WITH USED CARS / CUSTOMERS CARS. I wish I had read the feedback others have left before my visits.

Made a really good job repairing the damage on my van you wouldn't have known there was any like picking up a brand new one and they give it a good clean which is most appreciated

Better than Andover ford.

I have dealt with Mac for a new van purchase. Sadly due to issues beyond his control and mine the van did not go ahead, this is very unique however Mac did everything he could to find me a suitable vehicle and put me in contact with other ford dealers who had stock. I am disappointed I could not see the deal through with him but his level of service and commitment to finding me a vehicle was second to none !

I was allocated this company by my insurers to repair damage to my car. They told me that it was booked in for 8 hours. I left them the car on Monday (week 1) and it was Thursday before they'd even got the parts. I was going to be away for week 2, but was assured that it would be ready on my return (in Week 3). Ringing them on the Tuesday of week 3 I was told that they couldn't promise it would be ready that week, taking 8 hours' worth of repairs into a fourth week. A shambles from start to finish(though when the finish will be, who knows?). Avoid like the plague, I'd suggest.
