Easirent Car Hire Bristol Airport bristol

I will never use this shower of thieving people again. They spotted a small chip in the windscreen from a distance as if they knew it was there. They then charged £155 ( 75 of which was an admin fee). They are a bunch of thieves.

As a local hiring a van to shift some stuff it actually was pretty easy! Staff were all friendly and efficient. It can take a while getting out of the site back onto the roundabout, the visibility of the traffic coming up the hill isn't great so it's hard to find a suitable gap, especially if you're not sure of the bite point on the clutch of the vehicle you're hiring! Not much Easirent can do about that though.

A good walk from the airport and wouldn't supply a shuttle bus

MICKY MOUSE OUTFIT! been to tidier traveler sites. And to be honest you would prob get ripped off less by the travelers.got totally shafted for a 1mm mark on the windscreen that he spotted from 15 yards amoung all the splatters on the windscreen from a weeks driving BEWARE and budget extra money as they will want it!

AVOID AVOID they are sure to find something wrong when you drop the car back. He spotted a small mark on our windscreen so quick it was obvious he new it was there already and then charged us 160pounds for it! Absolute scum, the most unhelpful and poorly run business I've come across. Dont be tempted by there closeness to the airport as they made us walk the 25 minuts to there yard as they said it was a 5 minute walk. Obviously couldn't be bothered to drive there shuttle to collect us.

I used Easirent for nearly one month in November / December. I have to say overall very good and better than I expected. All the staff were helpful. Simon, who I dealt with, was very proactive to solve any issues I had. The only downside is if you have a lot of baggage it’s a good 10 minute walk from the terminal. However as all the car rental companies are off the airport now, Easirent is closer than the others so I would definitely use them next time.

Excellent car rental service. Happy to recommend them! And will definitely rent from them again. Cheaper than any other rental service at Bristol airport!

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews on here but had no reason to be. Easirent were very competitive on price, upgraded my car free of charge, provided a very modern and clean car (about 2,000miles on the clock from new) and were very easy to deal with. Easy pick up and drop off. Yes. of course they need proof of your ID and driving license but it was very easy to upload prior to collecting the car. I think the comments that they are far away from the airport are unfair and misleading. They are about as close as you could be to the airport without being inside it (I could probably walk to the terminals within a few minutes or so). Thanks for a great service Easirent.

We had a really good experience with this company. They really are just a few minutes walk from the airport and worth the walk for the price difference at the Airpirt Car Hire. Do read the website and note the documents you need. We didn't and struggled to find the information as needed as we had no WiFi signal when at the office. However Simon could not do enough to help us, was sympathetic, helpful and very patient. Eventually we managed to get the information needed and make payment. Prices are very reasonable. Our car was spotless. We had no difficulty returning our Fiat 500. I will be making this journey again and will use this company again.

Everything was fine with my rental from Bristol airport, I am happy to recommend Easirent. I did have reservations about booking due to the unmanned pick up / drop off location and some of the negative comments on here, but in my case everything went smoothly. It was a short walk from the terminal to the pick up location, I then spoke to a helpful staff member over intercom and was driving off in the vehicle within a few minutes. I have docked one star because although the vehicle was clean and functional it did have a bit of cosmetic damage (which was marked on their damage report) and could have been a bit newer. But it was significantly cheaper than the competition so overall very good value for money. I phoned Easirent a couple of times prior to the rental and the staff were very helpful, pleasant, and easy to deal with.
