Had an appointment fir my kid. A lovely balloon lady dame and entertained my kids with balloons and offered them one design each. A nice big waiting area for kids with lots of toys. My kids adore going to hospital now. Was very glad that everything when good, since u was afraid from the doctor appointment. But with the kids relaxed and happy, things gets better for us adult

I didn't see much of it as I was taken there by ambulance and spent all my time in A&E and X-ray, before coming home by ambulance. The staff were really nice, especially Sarah the Dr who treated me, and I was even given tea and sandwiches during the time I was there. I can't say I'd recommend Ealing hospital, who recommends a hospital after all, but it was nice to be treated like a person and not an inconvenience.

1) Before Christmas 2019 there was no temperature and humidity control throughout the building. 2) UPDATE: the temperature appears to have been taken into consideration and is now at a comfortable, patient and staff-friendly level. Excessively high temperatures may, instead of helping a person to get better, make them become more ill or kill them/there is a higher risk of infection. 3) All info for nursing staff and doctors, placed near patient beds, is handwritten, this type of communication looks very shabby and unprofessional. We observed that these important patient details are often not read by staff, partly because being handwritten they do not generate any sense of authority. Patient data should be printed, computers and printers have been working well for at least the past 15 years.

Outpatients appointment for a hysteroscopy. Was seen on time and the staff were amazing. Putting me at my ease and explaining everything to me. They were calm, caring and efficient. Hospital was clean and parking easy to do over the phone. Thank you to all NHS staff you do a fantastic job in very difficult circumstances.

I’ve been under Ealing hospital for the last few weeks due to something on my lung. The staff in the scan department were amazing as was the consultant in the chest clinic. I was treated so well. I’m so grateful to them all. And I was always seen on time or earlier. I would like to thank all that helped me from the bottom of my heart. Also it was good news I haven’t got cancer. One very happy lady. Also I’ve always been treated very well at this hospital in the past

Despite all the negative comments, I would like to THANK the A&E department, Gynaecology and ward 7 North. Yes the waiting time took longer than expected, but I didn't care. They went above and beyond their job role to ensure a speedy recovery before discharging me the following day. Well done and keep up the good work.

Brilliant service last night. Fell off my bike went to A & E. Lovely nurse on reception sent me for X ray straight away where there was no queue. She then explained results of x ray as soon as I returned to reception Saw excellent orthopaedic consultant who explained what I'd done and put arm in a cast. Vet efficient and professional service. Shame some people were shouting abuse at the hard working staff. Thank you Ealing hospital.

There was a mix up with which hospital I was supposed to be at but following instructions I was given, I attended the Acute Medical Unit at Ealing Hospital at 8.30 am last Friday, 19 Feb.They could find no record of my appointment (not surprisingly as I later found out) but processed me and dealt with me anyway. A very efficient and courteous team. I am very grateful that they saw me, and dealt with me with various tests being carried out ! I couldn't fault them. When I eventually got home , I had a call from another hospital where in fact my appointment had been made. So explained I'd been told to go to Ealing and had been seen and dealt with there. Many thanks to Ealing Hospital. I was very impressed and grateful.
