Loads of cardio equipment weights machines and free weights. Nice swimming pool sauna and steam room. I also come here to play squash and there are 3 courts so it's normally easy to book on. The classes are always very popular, especially combat and spin.

Very busy at peak times during certain days. It’s always very clean and tidy though, the classes are great. If you’re after a place to just lift weights theirs normally a few meat heads who will hog 4/5 sets of dumbbells at peak times, and love to drop the 20kg weights down as if they’re lifting for a PB. The price is quite a lot given the size, but does include classes and the other pool/sauna. Can’t fault the people that work here they’re always so nice and friendly and try to get as much as the equipment back in it’s place as possible.

Needs a refurbishment, and whilst some staff are very good, the majority are poor, no service ethos, quite rude, cleaners start cleaning at 9pm and clean around you working out, not great. Locker room appalling.

1/ 5

Useless reception staff who seem unable to help with anything like putting the air con on or dealing with broken equipment. Rude and obnoxious personal trainers who hog all the equipment for their clients. Spin classes on a mezzanine level every damn night with music so loud to the point you cannot hear your own. Class instructors take over the mat area around 6pm weeknights for some class, leaving no where for other people to work out. Before the class all the dumbbells and kettlebells are taken for this class so hardly anything left to use. Literally they will walk up to you and tell you they want the equipment, very intimidating. Gym needs a complete refurb, new manager and new gym staff and new PT staff that are friendly to ALL members. Fed of paying membership to be treated like a second class citizen. Will be cancelling soon as my fixed term is over.... cannot wait!

Dirty changing rooms that need a complete refurbish. Pool is filthy and always crowded. Gym too small and equipment monopolised by personal trainers so you’re squashed or have to wait. Staff friendly and polite. I have found Alternative cleaner gyms nearby with better equipment and more choice.
