Friendly super helpful staff! Professional staff who couldn't do enough to help. Was returning an item, No issue! Found lots of lovely household items that suited our budget but it was the friendly helpful staff who made shopping at Dunelm extra special. Well done to Dan! You did good!

Pretty good. Lots of bargains to be had, ranging in quality. Great for curtains and accessories. Nice to see that you can buy material and even sewing machines. Great place for home improvements on a budget. Helpful staff. I am impressed.

Love Dunelm spend hours browsing and ways leave with something they have every colour and range in what ever you are buying and staff very helpful and pleasant

Large parking area shared with other retailers. Good size shop with lots of different products aimed at the home, curtains, bedding and furniture to name a few. Reasonably priced with sale items and bargains scattered throughout the store.

Good choice of quality homewares. It is more expensive than some, but in most circumstances this is reflected in the quality. Staff are usually quite friendly and polite. The negatives are the tills. They are often busy and slow and you usually can expect a wait to be served. Maybe a couple of self service tills would be an appropriate investment. Sometimes it's good to have the choice if you need a quick, speedy checkout.

Although I went today just for one item, as usual I browsed around. The range of home wares is incredible. They don't carry a big range of larger items, large sofas, dining tables etc, but almost everything else. I will be looking for new curtains soon and the variety of colours is fantastic. Well worth a stroll round to realise what's on offer.

Did not have the size of fitted sheet I wanted. Will have to look on internet. The assistant tried to be helpful but was short of time filling up the shelves.

It's Dunelm, or "fluffy land" as my family and I like to call it. Brilliant place to browse and look for something different for the home or to wear. The staff are exceedingly helpful and the quality of the products is excellent, resulting in them being quite good value for money.
