In 2013, as an Australian tourist, I stumbled upon Drury and enjoyed the coffee and cake several times during my short stay in the Brighton area. Upon returning in 2020 to the UK, I made a point to return to this great little coffee shop and after much searching, I found it again! I was not disappointed! The coffee is made with love, the cakes have a homely feeling. Everything about Drurys makes you feel warm even when it is cold and raining outside. I just wish I could find a replica of this in my home country!

Great food, too many delicious looking things to choose from so we'll have to come back and sample some more! Coffee was good too, and service was pleasant and quick. There are clearly a lot of people who are regulars, which shows how well regarded the place is. Was also impressed at how specific diets (ie gluten free) were catered for. Highly recommend.

Great little 'proper coffee' shop. Wide range of wholesome brunch foods and snacks. Also a coffee emporium in its own right, here you can buy all things coffee! Outside seating in a popular but small shopping area with a handful of boutique shops. Staff pleasant and helpful, toilets clean. Lovely way to waste a while people watching. (What else is there?) ☺
