We booked flights with Dream World because they claimed to offer the cheapest flights on the internet. It is possible that they do so, but you do get what you pay for. We paid for "Basic Economy", even though all of the ticketing information showed "Economy". We weren't even aware that a class of "Basic Economy" even existed! It does and it is what it says on the tin - basic. The communication with them is very difficult as they answer the phone quickly, but unless you're buying something then they can't put you on to whoever you need to speak to. And you only get 24 hours to make any changes to the ticket. No use if it takes 3 days to get through to a responsible person who will do more than just sell you another seat. One of the very many restrictions of Basic Economy is that you cannot change anything at all. You can't even upgrade! Not even if you pay more money, you simply cannot make any changes. Had we known this then we wouldn't have booked quite so quickly. But, that's us thinking that we were getting a great deal. If it looks too good to be true, that's because it is. And Dream World Travel are too good to be true. Needless to say we shan't be bothering their phone lines ever again!

I am happy with their service. Cheaper than other providers so took a chance but all worked out fine. Very responsible to a customer support issue I had and sent me my e-tickets quickly. No issues and would consider again.

Good Experience I was worried that the e tickets would not arrive based on the reviews. They said within 24 hours, I actually got before the end of the day. The dates are correct and i verified booking details on the airline websites under "manage bookings" and all is consistent. They also always picked up the phone and have "real" human beings available during the open hours to check with colleagues on the status of ticketing.

was very easy to book, but email did not came for 3 days for confirmation. but when I called them, jasmine was very helpful and emailed it to my different e-mail address which came straight forward. so always confirm as sometime 1 email address might have some issue. but great customer service and really good price.

Our flight was canceled due to typhoon landed in Tokyo. This company told us there was nothing happened and no date changes, so they refused to refund us. After read all the one star reviews(all 5 starts are fakes!!), I feel the chance is too little, but we won’t give up.

I wish I could give ZERO stars, nothing!. My partner and I paid this "company" (scam project) to get us a ticket and they did not, we had to buy another ticket directly through the airline, before buying our ticket ourselves, we contacted the airline to find out about our booking made by dreamworld they said nothing had been paid to them, the ticket was not bought, we tried to ask dreamworld to pay for the ticket and they gave excuses and talked about priority tickets being paid for first, aren't we a priority? After that they did not give any sustainable answers. Their favourite phrase to use is "please wait 48hours" which just means eternity and they do not respond to emails. They tell you that they use a supplier to buy their tickets to put the blame on someone else, who cares? It's a big lie obviously. If you're a serious business, Give us our refund, tell your "refund department" to do it or we'll write an honest review everyday (no kidding). And why aren't your departments working in unison, they put the blame on "other departments" actual established companies are able to refer clients to relevant departments and sort issues out! Don't act like the department is in another universe. It's really not cool to take people's hard earned money. We know you have our money! You didn't buy the ticket, we were told, so you are holding on to the money. Get in touch with Ben W, who has also left you a review.

Professional and Exceptional Services Quite exceptionally, I saw some amazing fares on the website of Dream World travel. Comparatively their fares were on the lower side and the reviews about their business is acceptable and encouraging. I am glad that my experience was great .I tried to call them from USA and I’m impressed by their professionalism. Sumera dealt with me very professionally and efficiently, in -result the whole process went smooth. I received my e-tickets in a timely manner. Great service and absolutely great fares, keep up the great work. I will recommend Dream World company to my circle of family and friends.

This company should re-brand as 'NIGHTMARE WORLD TRAVEL', as that is a much more accurate description of the way it operates. I have been trying to extract a refund from them for over a year, and although initially I was willing to be patient as I was aware that airlines were taking their time to refund both direct customers and travel agents, 14 months later my patience has ran out. Every time I contact them, the refund is 'about to be issued' but that never becomes reality. I shall now pursue the claim elsewhere as it seems obvious that if I don't want to be fobbed off with one of their 'vouchers' I'm not going to get anything back from them. Please don't buy anything from these people, and check out the other 1-star reviews on the web reflecting similar experiences to mine.

Do not use them!! I cannot stress enough, DO NOT USE THEM!! They will take your money and you may never see it again. When they know that you are onto them you will not be able to contact them again. I'll say it again DO NOT USE THEM!!! Unfortunately I have to issue one star to be able to post this review.... Minus 5 Stars would be my choice if I'd had the option. Dream World Travel???.... NIGHTMARE Travel would be a more appropriate name.
