Unikajcie tego biura podróży. Kobieta o imieniu Violetta jest bardzo nie kompetentna. Stawia tylko na ilość klientów a nie na jakość ich obsługi. Przez nią i jej roztargnienie nie mieliśmy dokończonej rezerwacji w hotelu co okazało się na miejscu jak byliśmy już na wakacjach. Niestety potem otrzymaliśmy pokój który nie był w standardzie za jaki zapłaciliśmy a biuro nie chciało oddać pieniędzy. Na pewno nie skorzystam już z usług tego biura.

In May I sent a parcel to Warsaw. I was nervous if it would come. The lady allowed me to pack her in the office, helped fill out the form, ensured delivery. The package arrived in time and undamaged. Super service, thank you and I recommend.
