Don't know what kind of scorcery that toning massage is but it honestly worked at making my cellulite go away. Yeah not permanently but it looks amazing nonetheless!! Felt so weird at the time (can't describe it, but you'll understand if you have it done.) It was cool. I keep stroking my legs! Entire day was amazing. Staff are great. Food was awesome (made even better by not having to wolf it down in fear of the newborn demanding I drop everything!) Hope to make visits a regular thing for the toning massage if nothing else!

A wonderful day. The spa was modern and beautifully furnished. The facilities were great, the jacuzzi, foot baths and rooms were never too busy, and the massage was excellent. The afternoon tea was lovely too with a huge array of sandwiches and cakes. A very enjoyable Afternoon Dream Tea.

Was not allowed to use the pool as there was swimming lessons for the majority of our stay. They hadn’t received a robe order so we had to have extra towels. Reception staff are lovely and helpful at all times. Afternoon tea was outstanding and very large portions, had to take some home! Had a full body massage for 50 minutes, which was bliss. All other facilities were brilliant.

Beautiful spa and great service. Hotel is a little tired looking but it's currently getting a make over so it's a little upside down. Lots of things on the menu weren't available but the lovely people working there makes up for that! Can't wait to go back
