She was very nice and helpful. I’m glad I came here for my dress! I got a brand new one (ex-sample) for a great price! It was a day before she left for vacation so I had to decide on the spot so it was a bit hard for me to do it. But I think I made the right decision after all. She gave me the time I needed to talk to my family over the phone etc. Her house is far from central London so allow yourself plenty of time to get there. I got lost on the way and was late for my appt. She was very nice and accommodating. Thank you very much!

What a superstar. Sylvia is just wonderful. After I almost cancelled my reservation due to being very busy, I cannot express how relieved I am that I made it to her beautiful bridal boutique. After a week of trying on what must have been 50 wedding dresses, at 6 different stores, in 3 different counties, I returned to Sylvia on the Sunday and bought 'the one'. Why from her? Not has she gone to immense effort to create the most wonderful bridal boutique in her attic (the envy of even the biggest bridal stores!), her attention to detail is beyond anything imaginable, and you can tell how much she loves her job. She threw her heart and soul into helping me find my dream dress, and was honest with her thoughts on whether each dress suited me or not. I really felt like she wanted to make my dream day as special as possible, whether it meant a sale for her or not. The fact her ethical mindset aligned with mine was just the cherry on top. Sylvia, thank you for everything. I still can't believe I found you (and my dress!) and am so excited to make it onto your hall of fame! :D Alisha x

Sylvia sold my unworn wedding dress for me. She was extremely professional, and the service she offers is to a really high standard. Her salon is beautiful and is like being in any other wedding shop. I would recommend her to anyone for buying as well as possibly selling. If I ever get married in the future I would definitely be in contact.
