Worse surgery ever. Rudest staff. They don't give appointments and are very rude. They don't care about patients. Never let you leave messages for doctors. They look like they hate patients coming in. They always hang up the phone when u ring and wait in queue for 1 hour. They don't care at all. You can die and they won't care doctors are good but the receptionists are really bad. They keep taking patients in when they shouldn't they can't even accommodate everyone. Dr Marsden left and the surgery went even more down hill. He was OK himself atleast he would address issues like.this but new person in charge looks like they don't even care
