Spoke to the manager in store today regarding an issue with my boots - the leather has ripped after only 9 months of owning. Very disappointed that he immediately adopted a defensive position and abstained from listening to what I had to say. He repeatedly and inaccurately blamed me for the fault in the shoes with a condescending manner. I'm sorry to say I had a very bizarre and unfortunate interaction with him. What actually upset me the most was his refusal to actually listen to me and apologise and work with me to resolve the matter. Other than that, I found the other members of the staff friendly.

Wanted some Dr Martens but the four staff chatting amongst themselves on the shop floor didn't even acknowledge me, let alone offer any assistance, so I went and bought some elsewhere.

Nice selection of shoes and friendly staff. That's always important :)

Plenty of choice staff could be a bit more helpfull

Today the 28th of October we had to visit the Bath store,who adhered to Covid-19 rules to the letter. Found staff, in particular a young lady called Annie, cheerful, polite and helpful. Prior to entering the store which was offering a 5 customer rule, Annie asked what was the purpose of our visit. She then got the products ready prior to entry. We exchanged previous purchase without any problem. A very pleasant and positive experience by all concerned. Many thanks.

The shop assistants are extremely helpful and polite. All wearing masks and provided a santising area. The guy that helped me and my partner was very knowledgeable and made the shopping experience here very enjoyable.
