DuoBoots bath

took the Mrs there for some boots. Great customer service nothing's too much trouble. We found the staff very polite very well-mannered and very smart.

I just love my Duo ankle boots. Bought them last year and still look as good as new. They are so comfortable, perfect fit and look and feel very smart. Definitely replace them with Duo next time .

I was in Bath in 2017 and Duo Boots are the only boots that fit me like a glove. I was very impressed with the selection and quality of the leather. The staff was amazing, They treated each and every customer as it they were royalty. The Boots are the best I have ever worn. I walked out with a pair for my daughter and myself that day. From now on I will only order boots from Duo Boots. Well worth the price for such a great product.

I visited the bath store after struggling to find a pair of wide calf boots that fit perfectly so when we visited the store I was very excited and confident I would be purchasing there & then but the lady who was serving me I found her quite abrupt and brought out a size bigger in the foot as "this was going to be the best for for my leg" and told i could put an insole in them but it felt too sloppy and the ankle was baggy and the top of the boot had a massive gap I did say this and she said that's the best I would get. She then went on to say they had 15% off if I purchased today only I felt pressured but wasn't going to spend £195 on something that slopped. so I left the shop very disheartened about this but as we was only visiting for 2 days I did return the next day and I was served by a young girl with dark hair and I can not explain how fantastic she was she got me the right size in the foot and the perfect size around my calf no slop no gap at the top just perfect I was thrilled the other lady who was working with her was very pleasant also, so just to say thank you for changing my duoboots experience.
