Called initially at 9.30am for mum to have home visit regarding her copd. Three calls later and at 4.48pm still waiting. Apparently nothing was made in regards to arranging her a home visit and no records of her having copd even though she was diagnosed after having surgery a couple of years ago. Sister was told a visit was now on for later. Let's see..

She was competent, courteous, efficient, and caring, which is so nice to see that we brought her flowers as a thank you :)
