It's a good service in terms of doctors, although, as with other centres, you almost never get to see the same GP, which for someone with chronic conditions isn't great. My problem with them is that they have recently introduced a policy, where they don't send documents, such as referrals, by post, meaning you have to go back in person to get it. Apparently to cut cost. They don't have an online system to get these, so it means a lot of time on your part just to get from your GP to the specialist. The walk in clinic is good, especially if you come in early (and not on a Monday). Again, I've never had an issue with the GPs or nurses, but their system is unfortunately not very patient friendly.

Absolutely awful lack of communication between this doctors and it's pharmacies. Twice now I have filled in a repeat prescription only for it to be sent to the wrong pharmacy even after changing my preferred pick up option. No point having a tick box for where to send it if they're going to send it to the wrong place anyway. Prescription desperately needed today and unable to get to the collection point as it was closed. Careless.

Always had a great experience using this surgery. Especially like the walk-in-an-wait service, so no need for an appointment. A few admin mistakes over the years, but generally very efficient. Very happy that they are my local service.
