I've been registered at this practice for many years, and have always found the GP's and supporting staff really helpful. I think the new online service is a really good tool and I've found it invaluable. It's a really good step in the right direction to help people online and it is so easy to use. Thank you St George's.

I have lots of praise to give to this GP practice. All the staff are friendly and helpful. When there have been serious concerns about my health the GP did not hesitate to refer me the the appropriate service where I am receiving ongoing care. I have never had to wait long to be givn an appointment at a time that suits me. I am very grateful to such a lovely GP practice.

My previous review and other negative reviews have been removed as the practice have changed their Google profile....so here it is again. I made a free subject access request to this practice for copies of my medical records. I found they had shared what should have been confidential information with third parties without my consent. They also contained false and untrue information and defamatory notes written by non clinical staff, they outright refused to remove or correct these or review their policies on non medical notes being written in permanent medical records. I refuse to remove my observations on this practice just as they refuse to correct their own records. Waiting times for appointments are excessive and reception staff confrontational and unfriendly.
