Rude and felt like an inconvenience to the receptionist more than anything. Great doctor as always but it always does the practice a disservice an puts me off wanting to see the doctor at all. I call an I want to see the doctor - to make an appointment, need i explain why. I go to A&E in pain, sent home with a bill for 50 quid instead because i can't afford it. I now find myself battling to get an appointment with my GP justifying my phonecall... What is the world coming to...
