Dr A Mccauley belfast

Receptionists should provide correct information in advance. My husband and I had gone for registering as we are new in Belfast. We had been given the form and were asked to complete it and bring along the required documents. When we went with filled form and all the documents then we're told that we cannot register as we do not fall within the required area. Although as per the website, our home location is within 3 miles and that was the reason we had gone to this clinic. But we were not allowed to register. I wish there was a provision for entering zero star. What a time and effort waste!!

I've been with this surgery for 7 years or more. I had an appointment yesterday to see Dr Hagan. I was told after 35 mins that I'm seeing an other doctor. Which I was happy about cause my doctor was there. I found out that the other doctor was a male which I was not comfortable with and I said so many time when I phone I would like a female gp if my doctor not there. So I went home with not even seeing a doctor and I really need to see my doctor. I feel very let down by your service and will be looking for a new doctor today.

I like this one. 1 I'm used to go was even worse treat. After I'm with this they are very nice staff and helpful. South is better and at night out of calls is good. Old 1 I go is rude in North Belfast. Wondering how to complaint to North Belfast trust. I will stay with this one.

Very unpleasant workers on reception from my experience theyd give "one flew over the Cuckoo's Nest" Nurse Ratched a run for her money!! They almost make you afraid to go to them or they almost put you off phoning up to make an appointment and with Belfast at an all time major mental health crisis because people don't talk how do they think they are helping they are just adding to others troubles they all could all do with being retrained in what is socially acceptable way to talk to patiences in 2019!
