Never have I been made to feel so isolated, excluded and disgraced as at this practice. Due to narrow mindedness and lack of education and empathy of two of the reception staff, I suffered as a result of their disgraceful mindless actions. Without discretion I was humiliated in front of other patients and then told that it was 'standard practice'. So, in this modern age of 2015 their standard practice is to hand out thoughtless acts of severe segregation without first having any true or positive understanding of the welfare of a patient. An absolute disgrace, abysmal ... They lack kindness, apology and any practical form of understanding and knowledge of specific medical conditions. This is the health service at its worst.
