There is some so-called doctor there whose surname is Hunter; totally unprofessional and judgemental . When people saw me crossed, they asked whether I have been seen by her after telling them a GP ruined my day. She is the one of the most disgusting people I have ever met in my life.

I always had a pleasant experience when phoning this surgery but when I had an emergency and had was told by 111 to get an emergency appointment I was informed by the surgery that I was no longer a patient and I had been taken off the register without any explanation. Not only did this effect the emergency of my pain but also meant I was unable to get my covid vaccination. I informed them that I was in pain but they would not help so now I am trying to find someone who will help as the pain is getting worse. I am disgusted that they had no reason to take me off their books and then not to offer help when I was having an emergency. I will now have to go to A&E and waste their time.

If there is 0 star, I will be in. I had a skin rash for a week, and the face to face booking was 5 days after I phoned in, and my skin has been infected until I called NHS111 for going to consultation to the pharmacist instead of any waiting.

Receptionist absolutely disgraceful. Huge inconsistencies in procedure, have taken a prescription over the phone numerous times. When I said she was making me anxious she said ‘I’m not making you anxious’. How I’m EARTH would you know how you’ve just affected me and my mental health. Ridiculous for a health service, should be seriously ashamed of yourself. Ratings and reviews speak volumes. DIRE

I have been using this Practise on and off for thirty some years and have ALWAYS found them be absolutely first rate! Professional, efficient, compassionate and extremely helpful. In these days of horrendous NHS shortages, cutbacks & under funding they always manage to do a phenomenal job; Reception, Admin. Nurses & Doctors alike. Thanks to you all!
