Sam, who initially met me, changed her face mask to a face shield so I was able to lip read her, she explained each process to me before I saw the optician.
Naela, my optician, had been made aware and already had a face shield on. I was able to follow all instructions even when using the equipment, she listened to my questions and explained everything to me.
Lizzy was just as attentive and helped me choose my glasses from a very extensive range.
This has been the first time, in retail, where I have felt comfortable and I have not been treated as being difficult, due to my hearing loss, and where customer service has been adapted to meet my needs..
